Booster Mission

The Booster club raises funds to support our teams by selling advertisements, running Tahoma sports concessions, hosting jamborees and tournaments, sponsoring restaurant nights and other activities.

Goals for expenditures and current financial status

Our goal is to be able to fund an assistant coach for each of the 3 teams (Varsity, JV, and Freshman) and fully fund off-season tournaments and league play

• Jo is working on getting the 7^th and 8^th grade teams on website, so far 7th grade Blue has provided  information and they have been added to the website
• Face book encourage our players to participate-The players need to use it!!
• We are headed to play off’s Feb 11^th and 12^th-Coach Wasberg will send us a schedule

General Business

• Jo will talk with 7^th and 8^th grade coaches to see if there is interest on getting their teams on website. This would get more traffic on our website and start incorporating the younger players into our program
  
• Facebook - encourage your players to “like” our Facebook page and get their friends to as well
• Varsity could be headed to play off’s Feb 11^th and 12^th

• Jo is working on getting website up and running 12-9-2010 so ALL communications pieces can take place on website. It will be changed to ladybearsbasketball.com
• Practice schedules and updates through Google  and coaches can update( parents don’t have access to Athleon so this will help with schedule changes)
• Coach Wasberg will get distro list from coaches as we still need several JV and Freshman contact information
